<p>PURPOSE:To attain easy preparation of documents by displaying a common input picture containing the corresponding items on a variable display part for documents like a request form, etc., that should be prepared for a series of working processes and compiling and preparing a desired document based on the data on the selection and/or input dates of sentences, etc. CONSTITUTION:A document preparation file 1 prepares the common document data where the prescribed items to be displayed at a fixed display part (h) and a variable display part (i) are collected and registers said data previously. Then the file 1 is retrieved by a document preparation file retrieving means 2-2 based on the selection information and/or data put into a common input picture displayed by a common input picture display means 2-1 and inputted to the input enable item parts (c) and (e) corresponding to those items shown at the part (i). Then the desired items are selected out of the common document data and the documents are outputted by a document compiling and preparing means 2-3 based on the document data obtained by compiling and preparing the desired document data.</p> |
