PURPOSE:To endure an excessive input to realize high sensitivity and high reliability by constituting a pressure transducer of an amorphous magnetic alloy having magnetostriction. CONSTITUTION:A disc 1 consisting of an amorphous magnetic alloy and a soft magnetic material 2 constitute a magnetic circuit, and the inductance is measured by a coil 3. When a pressure P is applied to this pressure transducer, the disc 1 consisting of the amorphous magnetic alloy is depressed by an annular groove part of the soft magnetic material 2 and is deformed, and as the result, an internal stress is generated. Then, the permeability of the disc 1 consisting of the amorphous magnetic alloy is changed by the magnetostrictive effect, and the inductance value detected by the coil 3 is changed in accordance with this change of the permeability. This change is detected to measure a pressure to be measured. |
