PURPOSE:To specify an abnormal base station by making wholly the base station which does not exist in the interfering area of other base station into an abnormal base station, out of the base station in the interfering area of its own station, adding one normal base station for the base station which exists in the area, executing the comparing with the normal base station and detecting the abnormal base station. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed in a figure that 5 and 6 show base stations, 7 sehows an additional normal base station for decision, 50, 60 and 70 show the interfering area corresponding to respective base stations 5, 6 and 7 and the communicating condition in the interfering area is different together with areas 50 and 60. At such a time, the base stations 5 and 6 are abnormal base station candidates, both exist in the interfering area of other base station, and therefore, it is not decided whether or not the stations are abnormal base stations. Here, one normal base station is added, and the base station 7 is provided so that one abnormal base station candidate 6 can exist in the interfering area of the base station 7. At such a time, when the communicating condition in an interfering area 70 is normal, the base station 6 comes to be a normal base station and the base station 5 comes to an abnormal base station. On the other hand, when the communicating condition in the interfering area 70 is abnormal, the base station 6 comes to be the abnormal base station, and the decision of the bases station 5 can be executed by re-providing the base station 7 and measuring the communicating condition in the interfering area 70. |
