<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the stabilizer of a power system from operating reversely by discriminating voltage/power characteristic of the system connected with a synchronizer. CONSTITUTION:The voltage and current of the output circuit of a synchronizer 1 are respectively detected by a transformer 4 and a current transformer 5 for an instrument, a voltage/power characteristic discriminator 6 produces Pe/ Vg, and inputs it through a stabilizer PSS 7 of the power system to an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) 8. The AVR 8 controls an exciter 9 by the signal and a normal voltage deviation signal to control the exciting current of the field winding 10 of the synchronizer 1. The discriminator 6 calculates Pe/ Vg, alters the code of Pe in response to the value, and output it to a switch PSS 7. Thus, it can prevent the stabilizer of the power system from operating reversely due to a load characteristic to stabilize the power system.</p> |
