The invention relates to a pressurised enclosure which, made as a simple or double envelope and associated with a specific environment, constitutes an appliance known as a "sterilisation autoclave". The chamber consists of a closed envelope, connected to two end flanges by seals, clamping being produced by tensioners and blind nuts. The closure is dismantleable and fixed to the front flange by closure supports holding the arm, the door and the closure system. This assembly, combined with a specific environment which comprises a water bath, a bottom metal sheet, a water level and a metal chest, produces an apparatus having a heating system and a filling system, known as a "sterilisation autoclave". The apparatus according to the invention is particularly intended for general practitioners of medicine or specialists who carry out unplanned surgical operations, and allows them to have sterilised instruments available in a reduced period of time. <IMAGE>
