PURPOSE:To attain decision and evaluation by regarding the cumulative decision/evaluation as the cumulative value through an integrating part of an accumulating part in case the abnormal states can be continuously detected as deviations, and counting up the phenomena by a count-up part of the accumulating part in case the abnormal states are intermittently produced. CONSTITUTION:At an accumulating part 10 the signals received from a deviation detecting part 6a are accumulated by an integrating part 10a in case the abnormal states can be detected continuously as deviations. While the signals received from a change detecting part 6b are accumulated by a count-up part 10b if the abnormal states are produced intermittently. In this way the accumulated values are obtained. An evaluating part 11 compares the accumulated values with the evaluated values (reference signals received from reference signal input parts 11aA and 11bB) in the 1st and 2nd comparison function parts 11a and 11b respectively to obtain the deviations. Then, a memory part 12 stores the times at which the deviations became larger than a certain level (namely, appearing on the + side of the set level) as well as the accumulated values received from the part 10. A deciding part 13 decides a history based on the data received from both parts 11 and 12. |
