It relates to a clamping collar having, in conjunction with the passage 14 in which its flexible strap 12 must be engaged in a loop, a tab 28 which is continuous with one of the walls defining this passage 14 and which is elastically deformable. According to the invention, backed up against this tab 25, and made as a single part with it, there is a shackle 32 suitable for facilitating the grasping thereof. Application, especially to clamping collars with a closure head defining a base part and limited length of the flexible strap, for tubes, cables or other ducts. <IMAGE>
