This toy is characterised in that the rotary member 1 has at least two recesses 2, 3 passing through it from one side to the other, provided symmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the member 1, and in which portions of strings 4, 5, whose ends are connected to gripping means 6, 7, are engaged.
