<p>PURPOSE:To omit the double structure of coordinates in terms of a coordinate range and a display range and also to reduce the load of a computer system, by giving previously an optional adjustment to the position of the origin of the display range and performing a coordinate correction. CONSTITUTION:An operation indicates an original point 11 by a finger in the display range 9 of a display device and operates the knobs of the X and Y axis setting parts 12 and 13 to shift the point 11 for control of the point 11 to be coincident with the point indicated by the finger. In other words, the point 11 moved by an amount equivalent to the value controlled and shifted in the X and Y directions by both parts 12 and 13. Then the shift amount of the point 11 is registered to a coordinate correction part 14 and therefore the coincidence is secured between the point 11 of the range 9 and the original point in a coordinate range 7 of a coordinate detecting device. Then the operator indicates an optional point in the range 9 and an indicated point detecting part 4 sends the position data on the indicated point to a coordinate calculating part 5. While the shift amount of the original point set previously is already registered at the part 14 and therefore the part 5 obtains the coordinates of the indicated point. Then the shift amount of the original point is added to said coordinates to obtain the indicated coordinates of an optional point.</p> |
