PURPOSE:To reliability make a nozzle inner wall negative pressure, effectively suck out a scavenging agent with a high-speed air stream and mix it, and prevent vibration or pulsation from occurring by providing an annular scavenging agent feed hole on the inner periphery of a straight tube-shaped nozzle hole opened to the outside air at its tip. CONSTITUTION:An annular scavenging agent feed hole 19 is opened on the inner periphery of a straight tube-shaped nozzle hole 18 in which a high-speed air stream passes. In addition, the tip of the nozzle hole 18 is opened to the outside air, thus a nozzle inner wall where the scavenging agent feed hole 19 is opened is reliably made negative pressure, the scavenging agent S carried to a nozzle 13 via a scavenging agent feed pipe 12 is effectively sucked out into the high-speed air stream and is mixed with it. The feed hole 19 is annularly opened on the whole inner periphery of the nozzle hole 18, thus a sufficient quantity of the scavenging agent S is mixed with the high-speed air stream while being thoroughly stirred. As a result, the air having a large cross section of the stream and containing a sufficient quantity of the scavenging agent is sprayed through the outlet of the nozzle 13 at a very high speed.
