<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation on the wall surface while keeping the interior of a container containing a food with a high moisture content at a high temperature, by using a moisture-permeable film having moisture permeability within a specific range as part of the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A lattice opening part having holes is formed in the central part of a lid body 10 and a moisture-permeable film 11 is joined with an adhesive, etc., so that the film 11 may be the inside of the container. The peripheral edge part 12 of the lid body 10 is formed into an almost recessed shape, closely adhered and engaged with the peripheral end part 13 of the container body 9 to hermetically seal the container. Steam evaporated from a vegetable 14, etc., will not condense into dew on the surface of the lid body 10 and the interior of the container is kept at a high humidity. The moisture permeability of the moisture-permeable film 11 is adjusted to 1,500-3,500g/m<2>.24hr.</p> |
