PURPOSE:To smoothly raise a motor from the starting time to a normal rotation time by intermittently supplying power to a stepper motor, and variably setting the ON time of the power supplied on the basis of a load state. CONSTITUTION:A stepper motor 1 has 4-phase exciting coils. An MPU 2 is connected through drivers 3-6 with transistors 7 10 for exciting the phases of the motor 1, and further connected with switching transistors 17, 18 for intermittently supplying power through drivers 15, 16 to the motor 1. The ON times of the transistors 17, 18 are variably set on the basis of a load state applied to the motor 1. |
