PURPOSE:To prevent a damage to a rotary drum including a rolling bearing mechanism by adding a mechanism supporting respective rolling bearings with plural elastic body arms at every rolling bearing to the external part of the rolling bearing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:To the external part of a rolling bearing mechanism, a mechanism supporting respective rolling bearings with plural elastic body arm is added at every rolling bearing. Namely, by an elastic member 13a, 13b or 13c composed of plural elastic body arms, upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14 are constituted. Thus, the stress concentration to upper side and lower side rolling bearings 5 and 6 due to the dropping impact, etc., can be dispersed to the newly added upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14.
