PURPOSE:To confirm the said person with an inquiry system even when a code number is forgotten by being equipped with a registering means, plural terminal side said person confirming means and a center side said person confirming means. CONSTITUTION:By the previous application of an operator, optional question contents are registered into a cache card 10, etc., and the operator always carries this. The operator inserts the card 10 into a reading device 60. A terminal side said person confirming means 30 reads the individual information of the card 10, links and edits the information and the picture information of a file 70 such as an auxiliary picture and displays the question to the operator at a displaying device 40. The question is executed by a numeric value system and the operator inputs the answer which is thought to be correct. The abovementioned enquiries are repeated about four times, and when the answer is correct, the means 30 transmits the information to a center side said person confirming means 120. The confirming means 120 refers to and up date a file 130 such as a ledger to the request from the means 30, and transmits the information whether or not an approval is executed. When the information is the effect that the approval is executed, the means 30 supplies the prescribed service to the operator.
