PURPOSE:To regenerate an alarm produced in the past and its monitor result by storing the contents of the system alarms produced in order of lapses of time. CONSTITUTION:A system alarm signal 102 outputted from a monitor receiving circuit 3 is added with the time point value 107 serving as the output given from a timepiece circuit 11 via a time information adding circuit 8 for addition of the generating time point of the signal 102. Then the signal 102 is stored in a monitoring information memory circuit 9 as the monitor memory write data 108. A time display circuit 12 displays exclusively the time information which is read out of a display area for the present time serving as the output of the circuit 11 of a monitor information memory circuit 9 and separated by a time/picture information separating circuit 10. This selection of display is performed with operation of a switch set on a control panel 4 and an AND gate 17 is turned on for display of the present time; while an AND gate 16 is turned on for display of the past monitoring information. Thus these display actions are carried out by the circuit 12 via an OR gate 18.
