PURPOSE:To attain the desired processing with the minimum desired terminal operation by simulating the transfer with a routine terminal device of an interactive system. CONSTITUTION:An output control means 4 obtains an output simulation command from a simulation control means 3 and delivers nothing to a terminal equipment 8 since the first output simulation indicates 'no output'. Thus the equipment 8 has no change when viewed from a user. When the output control is through, the control is shifted to an input control means 5 for execution of an input to the output. The means 5 obtains an input simulation command through the means 3 like the output and an input image equal to that obtained with push of a program function key 1 since the first input simulation indicates 'push of the key 1'. Then the obtained input image is supplied to an interactive system. Thus the means 5 performs an automatic input even though a user carries out no input/output of terminal.
