<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurring of the deterioration of a transmitting signal even when systems having an optional characteristic by fetching the continuous output data of the first signal system with the sampling frequency of the second signal system and the synchronized pulse having an equal frequency as input data into a latch circuit. CONSTITUTION: Sampling frequencies fSl and fSZ of the firsf and second signal systems are made into fSl< fS2 and fSl fS2 Input data D1 of an (n) bit are inputted from input terminals 11-n to a latch circuit 3 and latched by a signal fS2. Since the timing of the input data D1 and the frequency fS2 is as shown in the figure, an output D0 of the circuit 3 is as shown in the same drawing and the sampling frequency conversion of the data is completed. By the above, when the latch circuit of an (n) bit is provided at the second signal system and a sampling frequency signal fS2 for strobe is outputted from the second signal system without giving any labor to the first signal system, the sampling freguency conversion can be executed at the digital signal area.</p> |
