PURPOSE:To decrease the variance of a rotating magnetic head for reproduction by providing a rotating magnetic head for recording and the rotating head for reproduction fitted to a bimorph and able to displace in the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:The titled device has rotating magnetic heads Ra-Rd for recording and rotating magnetic head Pa-Pd for reproduction fitted at bimorphs BM1 and BM2 and able to displace in the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction. The magnetic heads Pa-Pd, at the time of the speed change reproduction by driving the bimorphs BM1 and BM2, are displaced variably in the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction so as to obtain the tracking, at the time of the confidence reproduction, displaced to the prescribed fixing position of the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction on the basis of the position of the scanning direction of the rotating magnetic heads Ra-Rd for recording, and at the time of the look-ahead reproduction, displaced to other fixing position of the direction orthogonal to the scanning direction on the basis of the position of the scanning direction of the magnetic head Ra-Rd. Thus, the variance of the characteristic of the rotating magnetic head for reproduction can be decreased. |
