PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage or cutting of a ribbon by imparting stable ribbon running without applying unnatural force to the ribbon, by incorporating guide rollers having tape shapes symmetric to each other in the guide part provided from the lower stage of a ribbon cartridge to the upper stage thereof. CONSTITUTION:Guide rollers 6a, 7a for guiding a ribbon 3a from a lower stage to an upper stage are ones having symmetric taper shapes and no unreasonable force is applied to the ribbon 3a at the parts of the guide rollers 6a, 7a and the smooth feed of the ribbon 3a is enabled. That is, the ribbon 3a is guided smoothly from the lower stage to the upper stage along the taper shapes of the guide rollers 6a, 7a and the generation of the breakage or cutting of the ribbon at the parts of the guide rollers 6a, 7a is prevented as much as possible. |
