PURPOSE:To make a rotary drum including a rolling bearing mechanism impervious to damage by disposing an elastic supporting member made of a permanent elastic material outside the rolling bearing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is obtained by disposing the elastic supporting member made of the permanent elastic member outside the rolling bearing mechanism. Namely, upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14 are made of permanent elastic members. That is, the upper side and the lower side elastic members are made of one or more materials among 'Elinvar(R)' 'Coelinvar(R)', 'Ni-Span-C(R)', 'Nivarox(R)' and 'Metelinvar(R)'. The components of the material or the conditions to heat-treat the materials are slightly changed, or the materials are appropriately combined, whereby the permanent elastic material can have elasticity which is slightly dependent on temperature.
