PURPOSE:To execute any image processing without a tranflesome operation by inputting a variety of information required for image processing with the aid of an input means inputting twodimensional coordinates. CONSTITUTION:If a digitizer 2 is not connected, a variety of images are processed according to processing information inputted from an operation part 11 provided on a reader 1. When the digitizer 2 is connected, images are processed based on the processing information inputted from the operation part 11 of the readerland that inputted from the digitizer 2. The operation part 1-1 of the reader 1 can simplify such troublesome area designation that a scale measures an area position and inputs its numeric, with the aid of the digitizer 2.
