PURPOSE:To record and reproduce correct information by providing a coil bobbin being wound with a coil for recording reproducing or for deleting at the leg part of a magnetic core, and providing a conductor or a magnetic body to shield an external magnetic field at the outer edge surface where the coil bobbin is exposed. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 21 is fixed to the central part of a slider 2, and into the first leg part 13 and the second leg part 14 of the magnetic core 21, a coil bobbin 16 to wind the first coil 11 which comes to be for recording reproducing and a coil bobbin to wind the second coil 12 which comes to be for deleting are respectively assembled. At the outer surface of the flange part of coil bobbins 15 and 16, a conductor or a magnetic body 17 is provided, and leg part tip side coils 11 and 12 are shielded from the external magnetic field. Thus, correct information can be recorded and reproduced.
