PURPOSE:To smoothly receive and transmit original information without erasing received information by releasing abuse preventing function responding to the state of saturation by received document information of a storage section and transmitting to another facsimile unit. CONSTITUTION:When a printer is out of order, and plural original information are being received one after another, a storage section 9 becomes the state of saturation at a point of time by encoded original information inputted from a circuit through a circuit controlling section 8. When the storage section 9 became the state of saturation, a specified operator can make a vacant area in the storage section 9 without erasing received original information by transmitting stored received document to an optional facsimile unit using a magnetic card, and can make transmission and reception of new original information possible.
