PURPOSE:To transmit lots of auxiliary data signals by collecting a prescribed number of the 1st blocks to constitute the plural 2nd blocks and setting the position of an information bit corresponding to a complementary code in the 1st block corresponding to the values of plural auxiliary data. CONSTITUTION:One frame is divided into N-set of blocks (l) and each block (l) is divided into M-set of blocks S, but M is an integer being >= 3. The relation between the complementary code in the block S and the information bit corresponding thereto is fixed into two ways. For example, in making the 1st block having a complementary code A' of the 7th information bit A in one block S to the 9th information bit and the 2nd block having a complementary code B' of the 6th information bit B to the 9th information bit corresponding to auxiliary data 1, 0 respectively, the auxiliary data having the l/N of information speed is sent further. Then the suppression of the consecutive 0 signal being the property of the 8B1C code is not almost affected.
