PURPOSE:To transmit a call from any telephone set by a transmitter and to charge telephone charges on the transmitter by giving a code number to a domestic telephone subscriber registered to an international exchanging station, dialing a domestic tele phone number and the code number and executing an international connection after the validity of both is decided. CONSTITUTION:When a transmitter dials an international special number by a TEL 12 and incoming is executed to an incoming trunk ICT 2, it is informed to a CPU 5, the CPU 5 connects the incoming trunk ICT 2 through a channel switch NW1 to a dial signal receiver DREC3, operates a switch S1 and sends a receiving sound. Here, the transmitter sends a code number in continuance to his own domestic telephone number. A push button signal receiving circuit PBR 31 of the DREC 3 receives the domestic telephone number and the code number. Next, the CPU 5 reads a registrant list from a memory device, when the equivalent domestic telephone number and the code number are coincident, the CPU 5 operates a switch S1 and sends an intelligibility sound. Then, the transmitter sends the international telephone number of an incoming opponent. The PBR 31 receives the international telephone number, the CPU 5 starts an outgoing trunk OGT 4 and executes the international connecting processing.
