PURPOSE:To increase the driving force of an ultrasonic motor and to eliminate a noise by interposing a specific composition between a vibrator and a rotary body. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 2 is bonded fixedly to the surface of a piezoelectric unit 1. A sheetlike form 3 is interposed between the vibrator 2 and a rotary body 4. The shaper 3 is composed of a composition in which aromatic polyamide fiber and mica are dispersively mixed in a polyurethane elastomer. A method of interposing the form 3 between the vibrator 2 and the body 4 has bonding fixedly the form 3 on the body4, and pressing it by spring or magnetic force to the vibrator 2, but not limited only to this method. |
