PURPOSE:To obtain a brake fluid for vehicle effective in preventing the generation of vapor-lock, by dispersing water-absorbing polymeric material particles in a brake fluid, thereby effectively absorbing the moisture from the brake fluid and keeping the boiling point of the fluid at a high level. CONSTITUTION:The objective brake fluid for vehicle can be produced by dispersing particles of water-absorbing polymeric material (e.g. starch copolymer) in a brake fluid, preferably a silicone-type fluid or ethylene glycol-type fluid. EFFECT:A maintenance-free long-life brake fluid is obtained without promoting the generation of abrasion or rust at the sliding part such as a cup of a master cylinder and the clogging of a brake system. |
