Fastening of a sheet-like structural part (insertion mat 1) on an underlying base (2), having a locking bolt (3) which is rotatably arranged in an opening (17) of the structural part. Said bolt exhibits at least one radially projecting nose (4, 4') at its end region directed towards the underlying base (2). The nose (4, 4') can be plugged into a slot (7) of a receiving part (6), fastened on the underlying base (2), and, when the locking bolt (3) is then turned, engages behind a supporting shoulder (9, 9') which is formed on the receiving part (6) and is intended for axially fixing the locking bolt (3). The underlying base (2) is provided with a foamed-plastic backing (5) in which the receiving part (6), resting on the underlying base (2), is introduced in a position-secured manner. <IMAGE>
