PURPOSE:To inexpensively form a good quality image, by bonding an embossed material having a minute uneven surface to one surface having an image transferred thereto under pressure before releasing the embossed material. CONSTITUTION:An embossed plate 3 of which at least one surface is formed into a fine uneven surface 30 like a matte surface is prepared and the side of the fine uneven surface of the embossed plate 3 is thermally bonded to the back surface of a support 1 having an image transferred thereto by heating rolls 7, 7. Thereafter, if the embossed plate 3 is released from the support 1, the fine unevenness 11 due to the embossed plate 3 is applied to the entire surface of the back surface side of the support 1 and processed into a milky white matte surface and, therefore, a light source is not seen-through and paper quality or damage leaving at a transfer time becomes inconspicuous. |
