PURPOSE:To omit operation members and improve ease of operation of action parts by detecting various operation positions of an operation lever by means of respectively corresponding detectors and controlling various action parts according to the detected results by means of a control part. CONSTITUTION:Arranging an operation lever near a steering wheel 3, detectors Sa-Se are installed respectively corresponding to various operation positions of the operation lever. According to the signals from the detectors Sa-Se, commands are outputted from a control part 26 to a group of action parts K to control various devices 6-25 into specified conditions. For example, when the operation lever is operated to a running position, the control part 26 controls the action parts K respectively to change a throttle device 6 to a half open throttle engine operation, a running speed change device 10 to a running speed, a PTO speed change device to a PTO clutch off position, an elevator device 21 to a lift position, and a rolling control device 25 to a position where a work device becomes parallel with a tractor.
