PURPOSE:To raise the security against taking out a data, by inhibiting an access from other terminal equipment than a registered terminal equipment, or an output request to other output terminal equipment than a registered output terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A user file 4 is generated by a file generating means 2, and also, own terminal information for showing a fact that the own terminal is a terminal equipment 1 is registered in a data group own terminal information storage means 5 by a data group own terminal registering means 3, and outputtable terminal information is registered in a terminal information storage means 10. Subsequently, when an allocation request of the file 4 is inputted, an own terminal checking means 7 retrieves the storage means 5 and checks whether the allocation can be executed or not, and if the allocation can be executed, a file allocating means 6 performs an allocation of the file. Also, with respect to an output request, as well, whether the allocation can be executed or not is checked in the same way, and if the allocation can be executed, an allocation of an output terminal equipment is performed.
