<p>PURPOSE:To make a line change ever so easy, by dividing a material working device and a material feed line, having a memory processing device for working specifications, into plural zones with a sensor, detecting movement of each material, and exchanging processing information at every zone. CONSTITUTION:A material M is fed in an arrow direction on a feed line 1 in consecutive order from a scheduled material area. There are provided with plural sensors S0-Sn detecting movement of the material M flowing on the line 1, an interval between each sensor Si is divided into plural zones Z1-Zn. At each zone Zi, there are provided with processors C1-Cn storing working specifications, applying the specified working to the material M running past. Each sensor Si and the processor Ci are tied with a network, and when a fact that the material enters a self-zone Zi is detected, the processor Ci of this self- zone Zi is started, working the material, and after this working is over, processing information is transmitted to a zone Zi+1 at the downstream through the sensor Si. With this constitution, alteration of working specifications, extension and change of a working processor are all easily performable.</p> |
