PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and exchange the toner cartridge with one touch, by providing a seal member on a toner supply entrance and using a cap with jaws for positioning. CONSTITUTION:A toner cartridge formed to a nonmagnetic material hollow cylinder is provided with a toner supply extrance 2 covered with a seal member 3 which can be peeled off, and the toner cartridge is sealed up at both sides by caps 4 and 5. The cap 4 is provided with jaws 6, where left and right halves are different in diameter, and a grip 8, and the cap 5 consists of a metallic thin plate ring part 12 and an inside stopper 13, and the inside stopper 13 is inserted after supplying a toner. In case that this toner cartridge is mounted on a developing device, the seal member 3 of the toner supply entrance 2 is removed, and the supply entrance is turned up, and a jaw part 6a is matched to a guide member 23a to press in the toner catridige, and the grip 8 is grasped to rotate the toner cartridge in the direction of an arrow when the toner cartridge is stopped, and an R-shaped part of the jaw part 6 is brought into contact with the guide to stop the toner cartridge, and the toner supply entrance of the cartridge is turned down, thus completing the exchange work. |
