<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite metal plate excellent in conductivity, by uniformly dispersing and laminating a mixture consisting of a conductive filler and a liquid resin to the surface of a metal plate by a jet nozzle and further laminating a metal plate to the surface of the resin. CONSTITUTION:Both of the coil-shaped metal plates 2, 2' prepared on a pair of uncoilers 1, 1' are at first subjected to straightening processing by levellers 3, 3' to be formed into strip like metal plates 4, 4' which are, in turn, pretreated in degreasing processes 5, 5' and preheating processes 6, 6'. Next after the completion of treatment, a mixture 12 consisting of a conductive filler and a liquid resin is diffused and laminated to the surface of one strip like metal plate 4' by a jet nozzle 7 and the other strip like metal plate 4 is superposed to the metal plate and both plates are bonded under pressure by a press roll 8 to obtain a composite metal plate 9 which is, in turn, taken up by a coiler 11.</p> |
