PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a magnet ring and the generation of a crack therein by coaxially arranging a rotating shaft in the cylindrical magnet ring and fixedly adhering the ring and the rotating shaft to each other by injecting a resin around the circumferential surface of the ring. CONSTITUTION:A hole 34 and a stage 36 are formed in the central portion of a bottom metal force 32, a small hole 38 is formed in the bottom of the stage 36 and a top metal force 30 is made so as to fit in the hole 34. Then, an unmagnetized magnet ring 18 is fitted into the stage 36 so that an annular inlet 40 is formed between the magnet ring 18 and the bottom metal force 32 and a rotating shaft 14 is inserted. The top metal force 30 is mounted so as to have a prescribed gap between the top metal force 30 and the top of the ring 18 via support means. Then, a resin melted by heating is injected from the inlet 40. After the ring 18 is taken out of the top metal force 30 and the bottom metal force 32 after the resin 16 is hardened, attached resin 16a is scraped off and magnetic zones 24 are formed on the ring 24 to complete a body of rotation. Further, when nonmagnetic zones 26 that are not magnetized are formed between the adjacent magnetic zones 24 at this time, magnetic interference F among the magnetic zones 24 can be prevented to reduce an output error. |
