PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor laser array for emitting a laser light of high output in a single projection emitting pattern by providing specific refractive index waveguide active waveguide, a Fourier conversion region and a mirror to oscillate a plurality of refractive index waveguide semiconductor laser synchronously with 0 deg. phase. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of adjacent refractive index waveguide type active waveguides 9 and a Fourier conversion region 17 for Fourier-converting laser lights emitted from the plurality of waveguides 9 synchronized with phase are formed on the same substrate 1. Further, the laser lights of Frourier-converted 0 deg. phase synchronous mode are selectively reflected in contact with the region 17 to be again incident to the waveguides 9 in a mirror 18. For example, a mirror 13 made of an Al2O3 film having lambda/2 thickness is formed on the cleaved surface 11 of the waveguides 9 side, Al2O3 films (having approx. 32% of reflectivity) 14, 15 having lambda/2 thickness on the center 13a of the opposed cleaved surface 13, and Al2O3 film (having approx. 2% of reflectivity) having 1/4 thickness on the periphery 13b are provided to form a resonator mirror 18.
