PURPOSE:To improve operability by providing a command line storage part for each command, storing parameters of each command in the storage part, and accessing and utilizing the parameters when an optional command is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer is equipped with a keyboard 1, a processor 2 as a main body, and a display device 3, the text RAM of the processor 2 is constituted in correspondence to the screen SC of the display device 3, and when a character is written thereon, the character is displayed at a position on the screen corresponding to its write address. Thus, parameters corresponding to plural commands are stored in the parameter storage means of the RAM. Then, when a command name is inputted during execution, parameters corresponding to it are read out of said storage means and sent out to a command execution means, so that specific command processing is performed. Consequently, the trouble in command input is reduced.
