PURPOSE:To form a good mesh pattern having fine surface unevenness is an extremely easy manner, by mixing a fine particulate matte agent with transparent or translucent high viscosity ink under stirring and applying the resulting mixture by screen printing using a screen plate having a predetermined mesh size. CONSTITUTION:The vapor deposition of a metal gloss color is applied to a substrate comprising a polypropylene resin through base coat and, thereafter, a metal gloss surface 2 is formed thereon by a vapor deposition means coating top coat and, further, ink having a thickener mixed therein and a fine particulate matte agent diffused and mixed therein is applied to the metal gloss surface 2 by matte printing 3 using a screen plate having a predetermined mesh size. Because the ink of the printing applied part is solidified in a state leaving screen mesh, a constant regular fine embossed pattern can be formed to the surface by applying only screen printing and a grain pattern can be easily formed simultaneously with the printing of a desired character or pattern. |
