A car roof rack for a car with a drip moulding (8) which is concealed by the car door (12) in particular, the said roof rack having at least one supporting beam, on the end regions of which there are arranged supporting feet (4) which are each composed of two parts, i.e. a supporting part (5) for supporting and a holding part (6) for holding, the holding part (6) having a claw-shaped limb (22) for gripping the drip moulding (8) from below and being mounted on the supporting part (5) so as to be adjustable in an essentially upward direction, is to be attachable to the concealed drip moulding (8) regardless of the shape of the roof or the type of car. This is achieved in that one part (supporting part 5) has a recess (17) in the region of the gap (13) between the car door (12) and the car roof (2) and the other part (holding part 6) extends in the recess (15) in the region of the gap (13). <IMAGE>
