PURPOSE:To generated no positional deviation at the time of adhereing a submagnet to the back surface of a magnetic field part by making the submagnet a plate shape magnet to which a through hole is disposed on a center part and temporarily fixing by the use of an auxiliary fixing screw while an adhesive is cured. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a ring like top plate 1, the magnetic field part consisting of a bottom plate having a ring like main magnet 2 and a center pole, a voice coil 6 supported by a suspension 5 having the outer periphery fixed to a frame 4 and a diaphragm 9 having the central surface covered by a dust cap 8. After the adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the bottom plate 3 and the upper surface of the plate like submagnet 12 having a magnetic direction opposite to the magnetic direction of the ring like main magnet 2, the bottom plate 3 is fastened by the fixing screw 13 inserted through the through hole 14 of the submagnet 12 and fixed until the adhesive is cured. The submagnet 12 is guided by the tapped hold 11 of the fixing screw 13 and the bottom plate 3 and fastened, so that the positional deviation is not generated.
