PURPOSE:To facilitate the improvement in a positioning accuracy by composing the elastic vibration of a component member due to the driving reaction force of an actuator so as to limit only to the member having less effect on the positioning accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 4 and actuator assembly body 8 are subjected to a bolt fastening so as to insert a magnetic head into the opening part 11 for fitting the actuator provided on a base 1. The base 1, spindle 3 and actuator 8 are close to an integral rigid body and no relative displacement is caused with the elastic deformation for the exciting force applied from the external part. The magnetic circuit 5 for driving is fitted to the supporting member 6 serving as well for sealing with the external part and fixed to the base 1 via the supporting member 6. The elastic deformation is therefore caused on the supporting member 6 only even with the reaction force being caused and no positioning error is caused because the base 1, spindle 3 and actuator 8 move integrally.
