PURPOSE:To disperse powder in air uniformly by measuring the concentration of a powder flow discharged from a duct and controlling the interval between the level of the powder and a suction nozzle so that the concentration is constant. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor 4 is driven previously so that the powder level in a powder container 9 is at a specific interval to the opening part of the suction nozzle 14; and desired concentration and a desired flow rate are set in a concentration and flow rate setter 18. Then, a compressor 13 is used to supply clean compressed air into a powder flow generating device from a duct 10. Then, the compressed area flows upward in a duct 11 through an ejector nozzle 12 to produce negative pressure and the powder 8 in the powder container 9 is sucked by a suction nozzle 14 provided atop of the duct 11. Consequently, the powder is dispersed uniformly in air without applying any excessive force to the powder 8.
