PURPOSE:To keep the duty ratio of the output of a rectangular wave at fixed 50% after shaping of the waveform by forming a loop with a variable delay circuit, an FF circuit, a charge pump circuit and an LPF circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input signal is supplied to an FF circuit 4 through a delay circuit 2 and a variable delay circuit 3. The output signal of the circuit 4 is delivered directly through an output terminal 5 and at the same time supplied to the circuit 6. The delay value of the circuit 3 is reduced and increased when the output of an LPF circuit is set at the plus and minus sides respectively. When a loop system consisting of the circuit 3, 4, 6 and 7 is steady, the duty ratio of waveform is kept at 50%.
