摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a vertically magnetically anisotropic film having a high vertically anisotropic magnetic field by subjecting the surface of a substrate to a treatment by particles from an ion gun between a part where the contact of the substrate with a cylindrical can starts and the part where a vapor deposited film is formed thereon. CONSTITUTION:The particles radiated from the ion gun 8 fly toward an arrow 9 and collide against the substrate 1 consisting of a high-polymer material. The substrate treatment by the gun 8 is executed between the part 11 where the substrate 1 starts contacting the cylindrical can 2 and the part 10 where the vapor deposited film is formed. The reforming of the substrate 1 surface by the particles from the gun 8 is thereby executed and the vertically magnetically anisotropic film having the high vertically anisotropic magnetic field is obtd. with the high productivity.
