PURPOSE:To utilizing a normal part of an abnormal take-up roll effectively by calculating the abnormal quality part in one take-up roll in terms of its distance from an unwinding tip position. CONSTITUTION:The 1st origin detector 4 and the 1st sizing reel 5 which detects the abnormal quality part of a rubber sheet material, and a gauge 6 are arranged between a calender roll device 1 and a festooner 2. A width detector 7 which detects the width of the rubber sheet material W, the 2nd origin detector 8 and the 2nd sizing reel 9 which detect the abnormal quality part of the rubber sheet material W, and a cutter 10 are arranged between the festooner 2 and take-up reel 3. Then, the 1st origin detector 4 and the 1st sizing reel 5, and the 2nd origin detector 8 and the 2nd sizing reel 9 are connected to a controller 11 which performs comparative arithmetic operation among detected valued of the abnormal quality position of the rubber sheet material W and displays the distance from the rewinding tip position. |
