PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for a circuit dedicated to the flesh correction, to reduce the cost and the size of circuit-scale of a digital circuit, and to upgrade the reliability of the titled circuit by providing plural coefficient circuits and adding circuits to add the outputs of the former, and constituting the titled circuit that the flesh color correction is executed simultaneously with other operation. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit 10 comprises six pieces of coefficient circuits 11 16, three pieces of adding circuits 17a-17c to add the outputs of the circuits 11-16, and three pieces of adding circuits 18a-18c to add the outputs of the circuit l7a-l7c with Y-signal. The circuits 11-16 consist of respective plural coefficient circuits, and selection switches S11-S16 respectively selects either one of the circuits 11-16. As a result of the above-said constitution, the circuit 10 can convert digital R-/G-/B- signals as correcting inputted digital Y-/R-Y-/B-Y-signals as to the flesh color simultaneously. In case where the digitization is executed with a sampling phase equal to that of I,Q demodulation by the A/D converter in the preceding stage, the data is converted to R-Y-signal and B-Y-signal by switching switches 34 and 35, and the resulting signals are supplied to the circuit 10.
