PURPOSE:To prevent in advance the incoming of howler tone by opening once a telephone line automatically at each storage of a telephone number and closing the line after a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A dial input means 9 to input a telephone number, a storage means to store a telephone number, a switch means 10, a means 12 writing a telephone number inputted in response to the operation of the switch means into the storage means and line closing/opening means 4,12 opening once the telephone line and closing again after a prescribed time are provided. Since the telephone line is opened once every storage of a telephone number and closed after a prescribed time, the incoming of howler tone is prevented. Further, the intermission of storage is prevented in advance by stopping the current supply of the telephone line after the sending of howler tone and the damage to ears due to large sound volume of howler tone is prevented.
