PURPOSE:To check the amount having been used or residual amound of a liquid such as liquefied gas, etc., by providing one liquid level position detection means at least to a transparent part of a liquid vessel and coating the outside of the liquid level in opposition to this with material with a color having the quantity of reflection of light different from that of the liquid and detecting this difference. CONSTITUTION:The black painting (a painted part 15) to absorb the light is performed on the outside of the liquid vessel 1 in opposition to optical sensors 5 and 6 and the transparent liquid vessel inside 14 is made black and its quantity of reflection of the light is made different from that of white (opacity) of the liquid 4. In this way, the liquid 4 and the liquid vessel inside 14 can be identified by the optical sensors 5 and 6 and in other words, the liquid level position of the liquid 4 can be detected by detecting the vertical movement of the liquid 4 and the detected position can be outputted to the outside by a cable 12. |
