Gelatinekapseln mit gesteuerter Wirkstofffreisetzung enthalten 0,001 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 2 Gew.-% physiologisch und toxikologisch unbedenkliche Aldehyde mit mindestens 4 Kohlenstoffatomen. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch Zusatz dieser Aldehyde zum Gelatinesud.
