PURPOSE:To prevent the open air from being introduced by the operation of a thermostat by a method in such a way that a damper in open condition is brought in closed condition by a motor which is attached to the damper and to which electric current flows when a compressor is stopped by the operation of the thermostat. CONSTITUTION:When the open air is introduced to ventilate in the operation of space cooling and heating and room temp. reaches a set temp., the contact 22a of a thermostat 22 is reversed to cut out the relay 32 for a compressor and a contact 32a is opened to stop a compressor 31. At the same time, as auxiliary relay 23 is cut out, its contact 23a is opened and a contact 23b is closed and electric current flows to a damper motor 30 to close the damper and block the introduction of the open air. This is, the stopping of the compressor 31 and the closing of the damper by driving the motor 30 are simultaneously carried out and therefore, the generation of cool wind is prevented and energy loss is also prevented.
